摘 要:目的:研究复方红景天滴丸中指标性成分没食子酸、红景天苷、甘草酸铵在浓缩过程中的稳定性,制定浓缩工艺参数。方法:建立指标成分的含量测定方法,考察60~90℃时常压和减压浓缩状态下复方红景天滴丸的热稳定性规律,确定复方的浓缩工艺参数并进行验证。结果:两种浓缩方式对指标性成分的含量影响相近,但红景天苷在70℃以上浓缩时转移率相对较低,减压浓缩6 h过程中,没食子酸、红景天苷、甘草酸铵的转移率保持稳定。结合实际生产,初步确定复方红景天滴丸的浓缩工艺为减压浓缩。结论:复方红景天滴丸浓缩过程中没食子酸、红景天苷、甘草酸铵均无明显的热敏性,减压浓缩的工艺条件合理、可行。Objective:To study the stability of gallic acid,salidroside and ammonium glycyrrhizin in the concentration process of Compound Rhodiolae Crenulatae Radix et rhizoma Dropping Pills,and to formulate the concentration process parameters.Methods:The method for determining the content of the index components was established.The thermal stability of Compound Rhodiolae Crenulatae Radix et rhizoma Dropping Pills under constant pressure concentration at 60~90℃was investigated.The concentration process parameters of the compound was determined and verified.Results:The two concentration methods had similar effects on the content of the index components,but the transfer rate of salidroside was relatively low when concentrated above 70℃,and the transfer rate of gallic acid,salidroside and ammonium glycyrrhizinate remained stable during the concentration process of 6 h under reduced pressure.According to the actual production,the concentration technology of Compound Rhodiolae Crenulatae Radix et Rhizoma Dropping Pills was determined to be reduced pressure concentration.Conclusion:Gallic acid,salidroside and ammonium glycyrrhizin have no obvious heat sensitivity during the concentration of Compound Rhodiolae Crenulatae Radix et rhizoma Dropping Pills,and the process conditions of atmospheric pressure concentration are reasonable and feasible.
