摘  要:目的:总结显微镜高分辨率MRI在皮肤肿瘤病变评估中的研究进展。方法:在中国知网、万方数据、PubMed及Web of Science数据库,以“皮肤”“肿瘤”“高分辨率MRI”“显微镜线圈”及“skin”“dermal”“tumor”“high-resolution magnetic resonance imaging”“microscopy coil”等作为中、英文关键词,检索2003年1月—2024年1月发表的有关皮肤肿瘤病变显微镜高分辨率MRI评估的相关研究,共检索到133篇文献,排除内容不相符、无法获取全文、质量较低、证据等级不高、重复研究的文献,最终纳入26篇文献,对显微镜高分辨率MRI在良恶性皮肤肿瘤鉴别诊断及皮肤肿瘤侵犯深度、病变累及层面、肿瘤内血管评估方面的研究进行分析、总结。结果:显微镜线圈具有小视场、高信噪比的优点,显微镜高分辨率MRI非常适用于直径1~2 mm的体表皮肤肿瘤的检查。显微镜高分辨率MRI具有良好的软组织分辨力,可准确评估皮肤肿瘤的侵犯深度、病变累及层面,为皮肤肿瘤良恶性鉴别提供依据,进而辅助皮肤肿瘤的术前精准评估和指导外科治疗计划的制定。显微镜高分辨率MRI动态对比增强扫描及MR血管成像在观察肿瘤新生血管的动态变化、评估抗血管生成药物疗效等方面亦具有极大潜力。结论:显微镜高分辨率MRI具有无创、无辐射、软组织分辨率高及多参数、多相位成像的优势,能够为临床提供皮肤肿瘤病变性质、侵犯深度及其与周围结构关系等重要信息,对于皮肤肿瘤的诊断、术前评估、治疗方案制定、疗效评价等均有重要的临床价值。Objective To summarize research progress on microscopic high-resolution magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)for evaluating skin tumor lesions.Methods CNKI,Wanfang data,PubMed,and Web of Science were searched from January 2003 to January 2024 for publications about skin tumor evaluation with microscopic high-resolution MRI.The following keywords were used:"皮肤,""肿瘤,""高分辨率MRI,""显微镜线圈,""skin,""dermal,""tumor,""high-resolution magnetic resonance imaging,"and"microscopy coil."A total of 133 studies were retrieved,but only 26 were included after repeated studies and studies that were inconsistent with the subject,lacked full texts,had unsatisfactory quality,or had a low level of evidence were excluded.Finally,the included studies were summarized and analyzed on the basis of the application of high-resolution MRI microscopy to the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant skin tumors and evaluation of skin tumor depth,invasion,and vasculature.Results Microscopic high-resolution MRI the advantages of having a small field of view and high signal-to-noise ratio and is suitable for examining superficial skin tumors as small as 1-2 mm in diameter.Microscope high-resolution MRI good soft tissue resolution and allows for the accurate evaluation of skin tumor invasion depth and lesion involvement level,providing a basis for the differentiation between benign and malignant skin tumors and facilitating the preoperative accurate evaluation of skin tumors and formulation of surgical treatment plans.The dynamic contrast-enhanced scanning and MR angiography with microscopic high-resolution MRI show considerable potential as methods for observing dynamic changes in tumor neovascularization and evaluating the efficacy of anti-angiogenic drugs.Conclusion Microscopic high-resolution MRI is a noninvasive and nonradiative imaging technique that offers high soft tissue resolution for multiparameter and multidirectional imaging.This technique provides valuable information about the characteristics of skin tumors,inva
