摘　　要：晕厥是一类常见的临床症状,其背后的病因复杂多样。本文报道了1例以反复晕厥为首发症状的鼻咽癌。予以放疗后,患者未再发晕厥。本病例报告的目的是通过阐述该病例的临床表现、影像学、病理和结合相关文献,以提高对这种罕见类型晕厥的认识。Syncope is a relatively common symptom in clinical practice,and its underlying etiology is complex.This article reports a case of nasopharyngeal carcinoma that presented with recurrent syncope as the initial symptom.After radiotherapy,the patient did not experience any further episodes of syncope.The aim of this case report is to increase the awareness of this rare type of syncope by stating the clinical facts,radiological,pathological of the case and the relevant literature.
