摘　　要：从文化自信视角出发,强化护生临床实践过程中医思维教学,注重思政教育与护理专业教育齐头并进,将中医药文化融入“课程思政”,是培养高素质复合型护理人才的大势所趋,也是实现“健康中国”战略的内在需求。探索中医药文化融入课程思政护生临床带教模式,秉承“守正创新”理念,将五行、子午流注等象数思维综合运用于临床,提高实践教学质量;坚持“诵经典做临床”,引导学生“学中医、用中医、信中医、爱中医”,鼓励其自主探究、深度分析、大胆创新,培养学生评判性思维;薪火相传、笃行致远,增强医学生中医文化信仰,引领受众主体,个体小我融入社会大我,永葆医学生思政课生命活力,助力实现全民健康,满足当下社会需求,培养“四有”复合型护理人才。From the perspective of cultural confidence,strengthening the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine thinking in the course of nursing students’clinical practice,paying attention to ideological and political education and nursing professional education go hand in hand,and integrating traditional Chinese medicine culture into the“curriculum ideology and politics”is the general trend of training high-quality compound nursing talents,and also the internal demand of realizing the strategy of“healthy China”.This paper explored the clinical teaching mode of integrating traditional Chinese medicine culture into the curriculum of ideological and political nursing students,adhering to the concept of“integrity and innovation”,and comprehensively applied the image thinking such as the five elements and midnight-midday ebb flow to clinical practice to improve the quality of teaching,adhere to“reading classics to do clinical”,guide students to“learn traditional Chinese medicine,use traditional Chinese medicine,believe in traditional Chinese medicine,love traditional Chinese medicine”,encourage their independent exploration,in-depth analysis,bold innovation,and cultivate students’critical thinking,pass on the legacy,practice with perseverance,enhance medical students’belief in traditional Chinese medicine culture,lead the audience,integrate the individual into the society,maintain the vitality of medical students’ideological and political lessons,help realize the health of the whole people,meet the current social needs,and cultivate“four qualities”compound nursing talents.
