摘 要:目的调查北京市2024届中医硕士专业学位应届毕业生的就业焦虑、课程获得感、临床效能感和导师支持的情况,分析导师支持、课程获得感和临床自我效能感对就业焦虑的影响方式。方法于2024年4月28日—2024年5月2日使用就业焦虑量表、课程获得感量表、临床自我效能感量表和导师支持量表对449名中医硕士专业学位应届毕业生进行调查,并使用SPSS 27.0软件分析数据。结果在控制了专业、是否长学制和是否班干部3个变量后,导师支持对就业焦虑有负向影响(β=-0.117,P<0.05),对课程获得感(β=0.434,P<0.01)和临床效能感(β=0.320,P<0.01)有正向影响。课程获得感与临床效能感在导师支持对就业焦虑的影响中发挥部分中介效应,分别占总效应的27.80%和24.07%。结论导师支持可以直接降低就业焦虑,并可通过增强课程获得感和临床效能感的方式间接降低就业焦虑。Objective To investigate the situation of employment anxiety,course acquisition sense,clinical efficacy sense and tutor support among the fresh graduates of traditional Chinese medicine professional degree in 2024 in Beijing,and to analyze the influence of tutor support,course acquisition sense and clinical self-efficacy on employment anxiety.Methods From April 28 to May 2,2024,a survey was conducted on 449 graduates with a professional degree in traditional Chinese medicine using the Employment Anxiety Scale,Sense of Gain from Courses Scale,Clinical Efficacy Scale,and Mentor Support Scale.The data was analyzed using SPSS 27 software.Results After controlling with three variables as major,length of education,and class cadre status,the analysis showed that mentor support had a negative impact on employment anxiety(β=-0.117,P<0.05),a positive impact on sense of gain from courses(β=0.434,P<0.01),and clinical efficacy(β=0.320,P<0.01).The sense of gain from courses and clinical efficacy partially mediate the impact of mentor support on employment anxiety,accounting for 27.80%and 24.07%of the total effect,respectively.Conclusion Mentor support can directly reduce employment anxiety and indirectly reduce it by enhancing the sense of gain from courses and clinical efficacy.
