摘 要:目的 探究手术室护士恢复体验在其工作资源与工作旺盛感间的中介效应。方法 2023年1—3月,采用便利抽样法,在安徽省合肥市某三级甲等医院抽取符合标准的221名手术室护士进行问卷调查并对数据进行分析。调查问卷包含一般资料调查表、工作资源量表、恢复体验量表以及工作旺盛感量表。结果 手术室护士工作资源、恢复体验与工作旺盛感总分分别为(50.94±9.57)、(54.65±10.47)和(48.03±7.70)分。工作资源与恢复体验及工作旺盛感均呈正相关(r=0.340、0.544,均P<0.01);恢复体验与工作旺盛感呈正相关(r=0.539,P<0.01)。恢复体验在工作资源与工作旺盛感间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的28.55%。结论 手术室护士工作旺盛感处于中等水平,恢复体验是手术室护士工作资源与工作旺盛感间的中介变量,通过增加工作资源、提升手术室护士的恢复体验可有效提高其工作旺盛感。Objective To explore the mediating effect of recovery experience of operating room nurses between their job resources and thriving at work.Methods From January to March 2023,totally 221 operating room nurses who met the criteria were selected from a grade A tertiary hospital in Hefei of Anhui Province by convenience sampling method,and the data were analyzed.The questionnaire included the general information questionnaire,job resource scale,recovery experience scale and thriving at work scale.Results The total scores of job resources,recovery experience and thriving at work were(50.94±957),(54.65±10.47)and(48.03±7.70)points,respectively.Job resources were positively correlated with recovery experience and thriving at work(r=0.340,0.544,both P<0.01).Recovery experience was positively correlated with thriving at work(r=0.539,P<0.01).Recovery experience played a partial mediating role between job resources and thriving at work,and the mediating effect accounted for 28.55%of the total effect.Conclusion The thriving at work of operating room nurses is at a moderate level.Recovery experience is the mediating variable between job resources and thriving at work of operating room nurses.Increasing job resources and improving recovery experience of operating room nurses can effectively improve their thriving at work.
