“双减”背景下家庭教育如何回归本真——基于卢梭自然主义教育思想的分析

摘  要:“双减”政策的初衷是减轻学生的作业负担和校外培训负担,构建和谐的教育生态环境,让教育回归本真,回归“儿童中心”,是对家庭教育理念和教育功能、家长角色和责任的考验。家庭是儿童生活的第一环境,家长是儿童的第一任老师,在儿童成长发展过程中扮演着重要角色。以卢梭的自然主义教育思想为基点,发现当前家庭教育中存在功利主义倾向、家庭养育观单一、父母角色异化等问题。家长应树立正确的成才观、形成科学的教育观、加强亲子陪伴和沟通,建立积极的亲子关系、和谐的家庭环境,最大程度发挥家庭教育的育人功能,培育完整的“自然人”,以让家庭教育回归本真、回归自然。The original intention of the Double Reduction policy is to reduce students’burden of homework and off-campus training,build a harmonious educational ecological environment,return education to its true nature,and return to child-centeredness,which is a test of the concept and function of family education,and the role and responsibility of parents.Family is the first environment of children's life,and parents are the first teachers of children,playing an important role in the process of children's growth and development.Based on Rousseau's naturalistic educational thought,it is found that there are some problems in current family education,such as utilitarian tendency,single view of family rearing and alienation of parental role.Parents should establish a correct view of talent,form a scientific view of education,strengthen parent-child companionship and communication,establish a positive parent-child relationship,a harmonious family environment,give full play to the education function of family education,cultivate a complete natural person,so that family education can return to the truth and return to nature.
