摘  要:目的:临床博士后制度与住院医师规范化培训制度相继实施,但二者在实际操作中存在并轨难题。本研究旨在分析我国临床博士后并轨规范化培训项目的现状,识别其中存在的主要问题,并提出优化对策。方法:采用文献分析、典型案例等研究方法,对国内双一流高校已开展的临床博士后并轨规范化培训项目的政策文本进行分析。结果:中国临床博士后并轨规范化培训项目契合未来培养医师科学家的战略需求。然而,项目在实施过程中面临显著问题。首先,尽管国家政策层面积极推动临床博士后并轨规范化培训,但实际操作中由于管理机制和政策衔接的不完善,导致培训内容缺乏系统性,培训目标模糊。其次,项目在推进过程中,部分单位过度强调短期科研成果,而忽视了临床能力的培养,造成了培养目标的偏离,未能充分满足医学人才综合发展的需求。结论:中国临床博士后并轨规范化培训项目的推进在理论和实践中均面临挑战。亟需明确项目定位,平衡各方利益,优化项目管理和考核机制,从而提高项目的整体效益。Objective To analyze the status of the integration of clinical postdoctoral and standardized training programs in China,identify its main issues,and propose optimization strategies.Methods Literature analysis and typical case studies were em-ployed to examine the policy documents related to the integrated clinical postdoctoral and standardized training programs implemen-ted by Double First-Class Construction universities in China.Results The integration of clinical postdoctoral and standardized resident training programs aligns with the strategic need to cultivate future physician-scientists.However,there had significant issues in implementation,first of which was inadequate management mechanisms and policy coordination,leading to a lack of sys-tematization in training content and unclear objectives.Additionally,some institutions focused excessively on short-term research outcomes while neglected clinical skills development,resulting in a misalignment of training goals and insufficient fulfllment of comprehensive medical talent development needs.Conclusion The integration of clinical postdoctoral and standardized resident training programs faces notable challenges both theoretically and practically.It is crucial to clarify the projects objectives,balance stakeholders'interests,and optimize management and evaluation mechanisms to enhance overall effectiveness.
