洗盐振动离心机国产化的应用

摘　　要：文章通过对现有洗盐工序及洗盐主要设备的离心机现状进行分析,针对设备超长时间服役,目前存在的整体状况不佳、故障频发、维修时间长、外委费用高的问题,提出进口离心机国产化的方案,考察、调研国产离心机生产厂家,对进口离心机进行国产化平替,国产离心机运行平稳、生产量大、使用寿命长、故障率低,达到了产品质量达标、生产成本降低的效果。The article analyzed the current situation of the existing salt washing process and the centrifuges of main equipments for salt washing.In response to the problems of poor overall con⁃dition,frequent failures,long maintenance time and high outsourcing costs caused by the longterm service of the equipment,a plan for the localization of imported centrifuges is proposed.Do⁃mestic centrifuge manufacturers are investigated and researched to replace imported centrifuges.Do⁃mestic centrifuges operate smoothly,have large production volume,long service life and low failure rate,achieving product quality standards and reducing production costs.
