摘 要:通信技术是自动驾驶汽车的感知系统及神经网络,对自动驾驶汽车发展具有重要作用。本文研究分析了自动驾驶汽车通信技术要求与特点、应用现状、发展目标与趋势,总结阐述了自动驾驶汽车通信产业政策与发展战略、组织结构变化特征。中国在相关领域高端创新人才培养、高价值技术成果转移转化等方面还存在较大的挑战,同时基础设施不够完善、法律规范体系不够健全及技术标准不统一等限制了自动驾驶汽车通信产业的进一步发展。本研究从强化顶层设计、加大研发投入、深化人才与技术合作等方面提出了有关意见建议,以期为持续推动自动驾驶汽车通信技术与产业高质量发展提供依据和参考。The communication technology is the perceptual system and neural network of autonomous driving vehicles,playing a significant role in the development of autonomous driving.The study analyzed the requirements and characteristics of communication technology for autonomous driving vehicles,their current application status,development goals,and trends.It also summarized the policies and development strategies of the autonomous driving communication industry,as well as the characteristics of organizational structure changes.The research suggested that China still faces significant challenges in the cultivation of high-end innovative talents and the transfer and transformation of high-value technological achievements in related fields.At the same time,the incomplete infrastructure,the lack of a sound legal regulatory system,and the non-unification of technical standards limited the further development of the autonomous driving communication industry.This study suggestions and recommendations were proposed from aspects such as strengthening top-level design,increasing R&D investment,and deepening cooperation in talent and technology.These were aimed at providing a basis and reference for the continuous high-quality development of autonomous driving communication technology and industry.
