摘　　要：炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)是一种慢性、复发性、非特异性肠道炎性疾病,女性发病年龄往往与育龄期重叠,疾病的活动程度与妊娠及妊娠不良结局密切相关.如何做好这一特殊阶段的疾病管理是近年来临床医师的关注重点之一.本文从IBD患者妊娠前指导和管理、IBD患者妊娠期指导和管理以及IBD患者妊娠期的手术治疗作一阐述,以期临床医生对妊娠期IBD有更全面的理解.Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is a group of chronic,recurrent,non-specific inflammatory gastrointestinal conditions.The onset of IBD in women often coincides with their reproductive years,with disease activity closely tied to pregnancy and potential adverse outcomes.Managing IBD during this unique stage has increasingly received great attention.This paper focuses on pre-pregnancy guidance,protocols for care during pregnancy,and surgical treatments when necessary,with a primary aim to offer a comprehensive review for both patients and clinicians to help them gain a more scientific understanding of IBD in pregnancy.
