摘　　要：中国特色社会主义事业蓬勃发展、成绩瞩目,但是如何阐释中国特色社会主义的价值意蕴,践行中国特色社会主义的价值观念,特别是如何应对资本主义价值观的挑战,这是学术界亟须解决的重要课题。由此,从理论生成和理论脉络的角度,系统梳理马克思、恩格斯对资本主义价值观的批判,论述马克思、恩格斯对资本主义价值观的具体认识,阐述马克思、恩格斯批判资本主义价值观的现实基础、基本内容和价值诉求等,能为社会主义核心价值观研究提供批判性和辩证性的视角。The cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics has developed vigorously and achieved remarkable results,but how to explain the value implications of socialism with Chinese characteristics,practice the values of socialism with Chinese characteristics,especially how to deal with the challenge of capitalist values,is an important issue that academic theory urgently needs to solve.Therefore,from the perspective of theoretical generation and theoretical context,the article systematically sorts out the criticism of capitalist values by Marx and Engels,discusses the specific understanding of Marx and Engels on capitalist values,and expounds the practical basis,basic content and value appeal of Marx and Engels'criticism of capitalist values,which can provide a critical and dialectical perspective for the study of socialist core values.
