摘　　要：培养现代药学本科生的科研素质和创新能力是“新医科”背景下高等药学教育发展的趋势。探索建立药学本科生科研创新的培养模式已成为亟待解决的教学课题。本文通过分析目前药学专业人才培养模式的现状,提出整合教学内容、引入科学前沿、创新教学模式、改革考核方式、开展科研项目、建立创新型教师队伍等措施以加强药学本科生创新能力的培养,并针对存在的问题提出建议,为药学本科生创新型人才的培养提供参考思路。Cultivating the scientific research quality and innovation ability of modern pharmaceutical undergraduates is the development trend of higher pharmaceutical education under the background of"innovative medical education".It has become an urgent teaching topic to explore the establishment of the training mode of scientific research innovation for pharmaceutical undergraduates.By analyzing the status quo of the training mode of pharmaceutical professionals,some measures are put forward to strengthen the cultivation of innovative ability of pharmaceutical undergraduates in this paper,such as integrating teaching content,introducing scientific frontiers,innovating teaching mode,reforming assessment methods,developing scientific research projects,and building innovative teachers team,and some suggestions for the existing problems are put forward,so as to provide reference ideas for the cultivation of innovative talents of pharmaceutical undergraduates.
