摘 要:目的调查高职助产实习生临床学习环境和人文关怀能力的现状,并分析二者之间是否存在相关性,为促进助产学生人文关怀能力的发展提供参考和建议。方法采用问卷调查法,便利抽取福建卫生职业技术学院231名助产实习生为研究对象,使用临床学习环境评价量表和人文关怀能力量表进行调查。结果助产实习生对临床学习环境的评价总分为(174.93±20.82)分,人文关怀能力总分(69.98±11.08)分,临床学习环境总分与人文关怀能力总分呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论学生对临床学习环境的满意度较高,人文关怀能力处于中等水平,有待提高。临床学习环境对学生的人文关怀能力产生积极影响,良好的临床学习环境对于培养助产实习生的人文关怀能力有重要意义。Objective To investigate the current situation of clinical learning environment and humanistic care ability of midwifery interns in higher vocational colleges,and analyze whether there is a correlation between the two,so as to provide reference and suggestions for promoting the development of humanistic care ability of midwifery students.Methods A questionnaire survey was used to conveniently select 231 midwifery interns from Fujian Health College as the study subjects,and a clinical learning environment evaluation scale and a humanistic care ability scale were used for the survey.Results The total score of midwifery interns on clinical learning environment was(174.93±20.82)points,and the total score of humanistic care ability was(69.98±11.08)points.The total score of clinical learning environment was positively correlated with the total score of humanistic care ability(P<0.01).Conclusion Students have a high level of satisfaction with the clinical learning environment,and their humanistic care ability is at a moderate level,which needs to be improved.The clinical learning environment has a positive impact on the humanistic care ability of students,and a good clinical learning environment is of great significance for cultivating the humanistic care ability of midwifery interns.
