摘　　要：目的观察针刺联合任务导向性训练对脑卒中患者上肢运动功能和生活质量的影响。方法选择2020年10月至2023年10月徐州医科大学附属沭阳医院康复医学科收治的脑卒中后康复训练患者80例,按照随机数表法分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例)。对照组给予针刺治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合任务导向性训练,两组患者均连续康复治疗4周。治疗前后采用Fugl-Meyer评分法(FMA)评价上肢运动功能、改良Ashworth法评价痉挛程度和上肢运动研究量表(ARAT)评价手运动功能;Barthel指数(MBI)评价日常生活能力。结果治疗后,观察组FMA(上肢)评分、改良Ashworth肌张力分级、ARAT评分、MBI评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合任务导向性训练对提升脑卒中患者的上肢功能具有显著效果且能够提高患者的生活能力,值得在临床上进一步推广使用。Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with task oriented training on upper limb motor function and quality of life in stroke patients.Methods A total of 80 post-stroke rehabilitation training patients admitted to the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of the Affiliated Shuyang Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from October 2020 to October 2023 were randomly divided into an observation group(40 cases)and a control group(40 cases)using a random number table method.The control group received acupuncture treatment,while the observation group received task oriented training on the basis of the control group.Both groups of patients received continuous rehabilitation treatment for 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)was used to evaluate upper limb motor function,modified Ashworth method was used to evaluate spasticity degree,and the action research arm test(ARAT)was used to evaluate hand motor function;The modified Barthel index(MBI)was used to evaluate daily living abilities and quality of life.Results The FMA(upper limb)score,modified Ashworth muscle tension rating,ARAT score and MBI score in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with task oriented training has a significant effect on improving upper limb function in stroke patients and improving their daily living abilities,which is worthy of further promotion and use in clinical practice.
