超声乳化白内障摘除术联合多焦点人工晶体植入术对改善患者视觉质量的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨超声乳化白内障摘除术联合多焦点人工晶体植入术在改善患者视觉质量上的治疗效果。方法将三明市第一医院与福建省立医院2023年3—10月被确诊为白内障的76例患者按照随机数表法分为对照组(38例,超声乳化白内障摘除术与普通单焦点人工晶体植入术)与试验组(38例,超声乳化白内障摘除术与多焦点人工晶体植入术),比较两组自觉症状情况、眼睛恢复情况、视觉质量与并发症发生情况。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后两组眼表疾病指数量表评分、视觉质量评分与眼压均下降,中央角膜厚度、视力与前房深度均升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后试验组眼表疾病指数量表评分、视觉质量评分与眼压低于对照组,中央角膜厚度、视力与前房深度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组并发症总发生率为2.63%,略低于对照组的10.53%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论将超声乳化白内障摘除术与多焦点人工晶体植入术联合运用在白内障患者中可改善其眼部自觉症状、促进眼睛恢复以及改善视觉质量,值得在临床上推广使用。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of phacoemulsification combined with multifocal intraocular lens implantation in improving the visual quality of patients.Methods A total of 76 patients diagnosed with cataract in Sanming First Hospital and Fujian Provincial Hospital from March to October 2023 were divided into control group(38 cases,phacoemulsification and ordinary monofocal intraocular lens implantation)and experimental group(38 cases,phacoemulsification and multifocal intraocular lens implantation)according to the random number table method.The subjective symptoms,eye recovery,visual quality and incidence of complications between the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the pre-treatment,the ocular surface disease index scores,visual quality scores and intraocular pressure of both groups decreased after treatment,and the values of central corneal thickness,visual acuity and anterior chamber depth increased,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,The ocular surface disease index scores,visual quality scores and intraocular pressure of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the values of central corneal thickness,visual acuity and anterior chamber depth were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the test group was 2.63%,which was lower than 10.53%in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Phacoemulsification combined with multifocal intraocular lens implantation can improve patients’subjective symptoms,promote eye recovery,and improve visual quality,which is worth popularizing in clinic.
