摘　　要：解决国际新闻传播人才培养难题,是时代语境下外语类高校传媒人才培养的当务之急。中国的国际新闻传播人才培养现状,存在着国际新闻传播运行规则意识不足、专业技能无法与新媒介发展有效互嵌、现有培养模式无法适应中国国际新闻传播行业需求等问题。为应对上述失衡难题,深度融合新媒体技术的“一体两翼三融合”培养模式,不仅能够在探索过程中明确新媒体传播技术由单一的工具属性向主导传播力的升级,以及其正与国际政治、国际关系等多重社会语境发生深刻交融的现实境况,也能在培养过程中主动吸纳和深度融合新媒体技术,使其成为人才培养的原生动力之一,有效缓解中国西部地区国际新闻传播人才培养难题。It is an urgent task for foreign language universities to cultivate media talents in the context of the times.This paper suggests a "one body,two wings and three integrations" training mode.It points out that this mode can not only help to clarify the evolution of new media technology from tool attribute to dominant communication force,but also actively integrate new media technology in the training process,making it one of the original driving forces of international news communication talent training in western China.
