摘 要:为降低电梯轿架结构自重并达到降本增效的目的。文章利用数值模拟软件对电梯轿架进行静力学、动力学分析,通过分析得出结构整体受力情况,并对轿架上横梁进行优化设计,将其厚度从6 mm降低至4 mm,优化后单根上横梁的质量为22.46 kg,较优化前的29.95 kg减小了7.49 kg。通过模拟验证发现,优化后结构的最大应力值为39.5 MPa,小于156.7 MPa,满足结构安全需求,因此优化方案可行。该方案为企业经济效益提升提供了有力参考。In order to reduce the weight of the elevator car frame structure and achieve the goal of cost reduction and efficiency improvement,the numerical simulation software is used in this paper to conduct the static and dynamic analysis on the elevator car frame.Through the analysis,the overall force situation of the structure is obtained.The optimization design on the upper crossbeam of the car frame is selected,and its thickness is reduced from 6mm to 4mm;the mass of a single upper crossbeam is 22.46 kg,which is 7.49 kg less than the 29.95 kg before optimization.Through simulation verification,it is found that the maximum stress value of the optimized structure is 39.5 MPa,which is less than 156.7 MPa,meeting the safety requirements of the structure.Therefore,the optimization plan is feasible and provides a reference for improving the economic benefits of enterprises.
