摘  要:针对某卡车中冷器在道路耐久过程中进气管支架开裂问题,首先进行支架的模态测试和道路谱加速度采集,然后输入给有限元进行模态和受迫振动分析,分析结果显示:中冷器进气管在Y方向上固有频率与路面激励发生共振,导致支架螺栓孔附近开裂。为解决该支架开裂问题,该文通过增加中冷器支架与车架的螺栓连接数量来提高中冷器一阶模态。中冷器支架优化方案顺利通过模态测试、台架试验和道路耐久试验,证明了优化的可行性。该故障整改思路为今后车架悬臂件的开裂提供了一条快速高效的技术路径。Aiming at the cracking problem of the intercooler bracket during the road durability process,the natural frequency and road spectrum of the bracket were tested firstly,then input to finite element model and thus the modal and forced vibration were analyzed.It was concluded that the resonance between the natural frequency of the intercooler bracket and the road excitation in the Y direction was the main reason for the cracking of the intercooler bracket.By adding the number of bolted connection between the intercooler bracket and the frame,the first modal of the intercooler bracket could be increased.The intercooler bracket optimization scheme has successfully passed the mode test,bench test and road durability test,and the cracking fault is also solved.The fault rectification idea provides a rapid and efficient method for the crack rectification of automobile bracket in the future.
