摘 要:教育家精神与师范大学紧密相连,教育家精神赋予师范大学以丰富的时代使命,而师范大学则肩负着传承教育家精神的时代重任。师范大学要承载教育家精神,必须秉承坚持中国共产党领导、中国特色的师范教育、为人民培育教育家、落实“立德树人”根本任务,以及尊重学生个性差异、促进全面发展的基本原则。师范大学承载教育家精神可以与大学的五大职能紧密契合,进而有效落实“理想信念”、体现“道德情操”、运用“育人智慧”、秉持“躬耕态度”、彰显“仁爱之心”和追求“弘道精神”,以使教育家精神全面融入师范大学的各项工作。师范大学要实现对教育家精神的传承,还需要来自国家制度支持、社会舆论鼓励、学术理论与实践支持提供的三重保障。The spirit of educators is closely intertwined with normal universities,with the former endowing the latter with rich missions of the times,while normal universities bear the era's heavy responsibility of effectively inheriting and practicing the spirit of educators.To uphold the spirit of educators,normal universities must adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party of China,normal education with Chinese characteristics,cultivating educators for the people,implementing the fundamental task of“fostering virtue through education”,and respecting the basic principles of individual differences among students.The spirit of educators upheld by normal universities can closely align with the five major functions of universities,thereby effectively implementing“ideal and belief”,embodying“moral sentiments”,utilizing“wisdom in educating people”,adhering to a“diligent attitude”,demonstrating“benevolence”,and pursuing the“spirit of promoting knowledge”.This will fully integrate the spirit of educators.To ensure the inheritance and practice of this spirit,triple guarantees of national institutional support,encouragement from public opinion,and theoretical support from academia are also needed.
