摘　　要：作为高校学生学习生活的主要场所,高校学生宿舍是学生接受精神引领、形成独立人格、进行人际交往、接受文化熏陶等的重要场所,已成为高校开展全方位育人工作重要阵地。宿舍文化作为大学生宿舍内部形成的集体文化,是校园文化体系的重要组成部分,其在育人工作中更是发挥了无可替代的关键性作用。围绕宿舍文化在高校育人工作中的重要作用,以当前宿舍文化建设在当代高校育人工作中的现状为引领,深入探究宿舍文化在当代高校育人工作中的关键作用的实现形式及其积极意义。College student dormitory,as the main place for college students to study and live,is an important place for students to accept spiritual guidance,form independent personality,carry out interpersonal communication,and accept cultural edification,and has become an important position for colleges to carry out all-round education.Dormitory culture,as the collective culture formed in the dormitory of college students,is an important part of the campus culture system,and it plays an irreplaceable key role in the education work.This paper focuses on the important role of dormitory culture in college education,takes the current situation of dormitory culture construction in contemporary college education as a guide,and deeply explores the realization form and positive significance of dormitory culture’s key role in contemporary college education.
