摘 要:扫描电镜及其联用技术因其方法简单快捷、分辨率高、结果准确、检材用量少且不破坏检材等优点在法医学的许多研究方向和工作中已经得到了广泛的应用,本文通过介绍运用扫描电镜及其联用技术进行死亡原因推断、死后间隔时间推断、致伤物的推断、生物物证检验、毒物分析等几个方面的应用,阐述了其在法医学领域中的研究现状和广阔的应用前景,希望能够为该技术在法医学中的更广泛应用提供参考。Scanning electron microscopy and its associated technology has been widely applied in various research fields and tasks in forensic medicine because of its simple and fast method,accurate and intuitive results,low sample loss and low detection cost.This paper introduces its research and application in the field of forensic medicine in several aspects such as estimation of cause of death,postmortem interval inference,estimation of the instrument causing the trauma,biological evidence analysis and toxicant analysis,and elaborates its current research status and broad prospects in the field of forensic medicine,aiming to provide a reference for the application of this technology in forensic medicine.
