摘 要:基于离散元法和静力学对土压平衡盾构机盾体进行仿真研究,并结合现场工程水文地质参数,对比计算标准载荷下的盾体各部分的静力学仿真结果,以验证仿真模型的准确性。在此基础上,对盾体非主要承载部件进行减重设计。通过仿真模型计算,对比分析优化后标准载荷下的盾体强度与硬度,确定最优轻量化设计方案,完成轻量化研究,提高设备设计研制水平。This paper simulates and studies the shield body of the earth pressure balance shield machine based on the discrete element method and statics,and combined with on-site hydrogeological parameters,compares and cal⁃culates the statics simulation results of each part of the shield body under standard load,so as to verify the accuracy of the simulation model.On this basis,weight reduction design is carried out for the non-primary load-bearing parts of the shield.Through the simulation model calculation,the strength and hardness of the shield under the opti⁃mized standard load are compared and analyzed,the optimal lightweighting design scheme is determined,the light⁃weighting research is completed,and the level of equipment design and development is improved.
