摘　　要：新疆高校中华民族共同体意识培育教育,关乎着新疆的社会稳定和长治久安,关乎着民族工作的高质量发展。紧扣文化润疆,推进铸牢中华民族共同体意识在新疆高校大学生中入脑入心,做好青年大学生筑基工程,构筑各民族共有精神家园,不断增进各民族大学生的“地域共同性、记忆共同性和精神共同性”,讲好新疆故事,维护意识形态安全,是新疆高校肩负的重要使命。提升校园文化温度,夯实铸牢中华民族共同体意识的文化基础;推进课程改革深度,夯实铸牢中华民族共同体意识的思想基础;增强协同育人广度,夯实铸牢中华民族共同体意识的载体基础;构建平台建设力度,夯实铸牢中华民族共同体意识的平台基础;加强力量保证强度,夯实铸牢中华民族共同体意识的队伍基础;确立制度建设高度,夯实铸牢中华民族共同体意识的制度基础。Cultivating the sense of community of the Chinese nation among the college and university students in Xinjiang is crucial for ensuring the security and stability in Xinjiang,as well as for promoting the high-quality development of work on ethnic affairs.This study emphasizes that the colleges and universities in Xinjiang should center on the concept of“Cultural Replenishment of Xinjiang”and shoulder their missions of embedding the consciousness of the Chinese national community deeply into the minds and hearts of the students,solidifying the foundational work for youth education,creating a shared spiritual home for all ethnic groups,and enhancing the“regional commonality,memory commonality,and spiritual commonality”among the students from different ethnic groups,telling a good story of Xinjiang and safeguarding ideological security.To fulfill the missions,they have to take the following measures:enhancing the warmth of campus culture to strengthen the cultural foundation for solidifying the consciousness of the Chinese national community;deepening curriculum reform to reinforce the ideological foundation;expanding collaborative education efforts to enhance the means of cultivating this consciousness;strengthening platform construction to provide robust platforms for fostering a strong sense of community of the Chinese nation;ensuring adequate resources to guarantee the workforce for this mission;establishing institutional frameworks to elevate the structural foundation for cultivating the consciousness of the Chinese national community.
