摘　　要：目的探索和实现区域卫生信息平台在推动统计工作方式转变、提高统计工作智能化水平方面的应用。方法通过文献综述、需求调研、案例分析、专家咨询等方法,完成统计指标梳理、接口设计、数据对接;通过基于全民健康信息平台的数据采集和汇聚,实现数据的实时更新和质量控制。结果实现了数据的自动采集、平台交换和实时推送,对广州全市494家医疗卫生机构上报的数据进行自动清洗和质控,生成295个统计指标;完成了医疗机构前置机数据对接接口标准的建设,实时更新门急诊、住院、重症等数据。结论通过区域卫生信息平台实现了部分统计数据的自动化采集和整合,提高了数据采集和整合效率,提升了数据分析与挖掘能力,可以更好地为科学决策、行业治理提供支持。Objective To explore the application of regional health information platforms in accelerating the transformation of statistical work methods,and enhancing the level of intelligence in statistical work.Methods Through literature review,requirement research,case analysis,and expert consultation,the completion of indicator organization,interface design,and data docking is achieved.Based on the collection and convergence of the health information platform,the realization of real-time data updates and quality control is accomplished.Results Data has been automatically collected,exchanged on the platform,and pushed in real-time.The data reported by 494 medical and health institutions across Guangzhou has been automatically cleaned and quality-controlled,generating 295 statistical indicators.The construction of data docking interface standards for medical institution front-end machines has been completed,with real-time updates to outpatient,inpatient,and intensive care data.Conclusion By leveraging the regional health information platform,the automation and integration of certain statistical data have been realized,which has improved the efficiency of data collection and integration,enhanced the capabilities of data analysis and mining,and can provide more scientific and accurate basis for government decision-making.
