摘　　要：目的探索医院信息化项目文档管理模式,发挥项目文档信息价值,提升项目建设的管理质效。方法基于医院信息化项目特点,依据行业标准,通过界定项目文档管理范围、建立目录结构、设置管理岗位、健全责任链条、选择管理工具、明确管理要求等方法,探索并建立项目文档管理模式。结果形成了项目文档管理体系,月均归档文件183.33份,全要素归类项目资源,全周期沉淀项目文档,全流程规范项目管理,促进项目标准化建设和组织可持续发展。结论系统科学的项目文档管理模式对项目建设及管理起到积极作用。Objective To explore the document management mode of hospital informatization projects,leverage the information value of project documents,and improve the quality and efficiency of project construction and management.Methods Based on the characteristics of hospital informatization projects and industry standards,this study explores and establishes a project document management model by defining the scope of project document management,establishing a directory structure,setting up management positions,improving the responsibility chain,selecting management tools,and clarifying management requirements.Results Establish a project document management system,with an average of 183.33 archived files per month.Categorize project resources across all elements,precipitate project documents throughout the entire cycle,standardize project management throughout the entire process,and promote standardized construction of projects and sustainable development of the organization.Conclusion The project document management model of system science plays a positive role in project construction and management.
