摘  要:食管癌治疗通常包括手术、化疗和放射治疗。近年来,放射治疗领域涌现了多项创新治疗方法,放疗增敏通过药物或其他方法提高肿瘤细胞对放射线的敏感性,同时降低对周围正常组织的损伤,从而大幅提高食管癌放疗效果。纳米载药系统作为新兴的药物递送平台,具有尺寸效应和高比表面积等特性,特别是可以实现药物在体内的靶向释放,有优化药物体内分布、降低毒性、增加定向性等优势,在食管癌的放疗增敏方面表现出巨大潜力。本文综述了纳米载药系统在食管癌放疗增敏中的研究进展,并结合目前纳米载药系统研究的几个关键进展方向,探讨了放疗增敏与其他治疗手段联合应用的潜力和优势。Esophageal carcinoma is a typical malignant tumor.Its treatment usually includes surgery,chemotherapy and radiotherapy.In recent years,many innovative methods have emerged in the field of radiotherapy,which can enhance the sensitivity of cancer cells to radiation through drugs or other methods,while reducing the damage to the surrounding normal tissues,so as to improve the effect of radiotherapy for esophageal carcinoma.As a new drug delivery platform,nano-drug delivery system has the characteristics of size effect and high specific surface area,especially can achieve targeted drug release in vivo.Nano-drug delivery system shows great potential in enhancing the sensitivity of radiotherapy for esophageal cancer by changing the drug distribution in vivo,reducing toxicity and increasing orientation.This paper reviews the research progress of nano-drug delivery system in radiosensitization of esophageal carcinoma.The potential and advantages of the combination of radiosensitization and other therapeutic methods are discussed from several key aspects of the current research on nano-drug delivery system.
