摘 要:随着经济的高质量发展,高校毕业生的就业意愿趋向多元化和个性化。同时,学生的就业选择受家庭场域的影响较大。分析最近十余年中国知网(CNKI)文献中391篇家庭对高校毕业生就业意愿影响的相关论文发现:深厚、适度和支持性的家庭文化资本利于高校毕业生的就业认知引导、就业期待满足和就业选择拓宽。这种积极影响需要家长:提供丰富多元的客观化资本,满足子女学习需求;增加受教育面的制度化资本,发挥家长榜样示范作用;给予包容有度的身体化资本,增加子女就业选择底气。With the high-quality development of China’s economy,the college graduates’employment intention become diversified and personalized.Meanwhile the students’employment choices are greatly influenced by the family domain.An analysis of 391 papers concerning the influence of family on the college graduates’employment intention based on CNKI literature over the past decade reveals that a profound,moderate,and supportive family cultural capital is conducive to guiding the employment cognition of college graduates,satisfying their employment expectations,and broadening their employment choices.This positive impact requires parents to provide a rich and diverse objective capital to meet the graduate’s learning needs,to enhance the institutionalized capital of education and play the exemplary role of parents,and to provide a tolerant and moderate embodied capital to boost the graduate’s confidence in employment choices.
