壮医药治疗酒精性肝病的研究进展

摘　　要：随着酒文化的发展,饮酒的频率和摄入量逐渐增加,酒精性肝病(Alcoholic liver disease,ALD)的发病率呈逐年上升趋势,已成为仅次于病毒性肝炎的第二大肝脏疾病。壮医药是民族医学的一个重要分支,有独特的理论体系和明确的临床效果。壮医药在防治肝病方面具有悠久的历史,尤其在防治ALD方面有着独特的优势。壮药具有多靶点、多途径、安全无不良反应等特点,通过体内外实验发现壮药抗酒精性肝病的主要机理包括抗氧化、清除自由基、抗炎、抗肝纤维化、调节血脂、改善肝功能、保护肝脏组织和细胞等。本文分析近年来壮医药对ALD防治的相关研究,综述了壮医药防治ALD的药理作用及其潜在机制,为今后壮医药抗酒精性肝病的治疗和新医药的研发提供理论依据。With the development of alcohol culture,the frequency of alcohol intake and alcohol consumption have greatly increased.The incidence of alcoholic liver disease has increased year by year,which has become the second hyperendemic liver disease after viral hepatitis.Zhuang medicine is an important branch of ethnic medicine,with a unique theoretical system and identified clinical effects.Zhuang medicine has a long history in preventing and treating liver diseases,and it has unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of ALD.Zhuang medicine has the characteristics of multiple targets,multiple pathways,safe without side effects.In vitro and in vivo experiments found that the main mechanisms of Zhuang medicine in treating ALD include antioxidant,clearing free radicals,anti-inflammatory,anti-liver-fibrosis,regulating blood lipids,improving liver function,protecting liver tissue and cells,etc.This article analyzed the researches on the treatment of ALD by Zhuang medicine in recent years.And we reviewd the pharmacological effects and potential mechanisms of Zhuang medicine in the prevention and treatment of ALD,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the future treatment of Zhuang medicine in ALD and the development of new medicine.
