摘 要:由于缸孔变形量是影响发动机机油耗和漏气量的重要指标,越来越多生产线开始使用工艺缸盖进行缸孔的加工,以改善装配后缸孔变形的问题。工艺缸盖的设计开发关键是确保其刚度与产品缸盖刚度一致,为此,通过定义缸孔变形离散度评价指标,对工艺缸盖进行材料优化和结构优化,并进行了试验验证。结果表明:采用工艺缸盖加工的机体能够有效改善装配后的缸孔变形,试验验证了工艺缸盖的开发满足设计要求。In due to the cylinder bore deformation is an important indicator that affects the engine oil consumption and air leakage,more and more production lines have started to use process cylinder heads for the machining of cylinder bores to improve the problem of cylinder bore deformation after assem⁃bly.The key to design and develop the process cylinder head is to ensure that its stiffness is consistent with the stiffness of the product cylinder head.By defining the evaluation indexes of cylinder bore defor⁃mation discretization,material optimization and structural optimization of the process cylinder head were carried out,and experiments were carried out to verify the results.Results show that the body processed with the process cylinder head can effectively improve the cylinder bore deformation after assembly,and the verification method proves that the development of the process cylinder head meets the design require⁃ments.
