摘 要:中医学长学制教育改革是深化医教协同的重要组成部分,加强阶段性综合考试是保障其培养质量的关键一环。长学制专业基础课程学习阶段是医学生学习生涯的基石,通过综合考试可阶段性检验学生学习成效并达到以考促学的目的,目前关于中医学长学制专业基础阶段综合考试改革研究较少。北京中医药大学结合前期培养经验,以建构主义学习理论为指导,形成以“融合题”为主体的考试方案,并在命题方式、考试评价等方面进行优化。实践发现,学生普遍反映新的考试方案的高阶性、创新性、挑战度显著,对此认可度更高,认为其对今后学习有促进作用;同时也促进教师对课程教学改革的思考。以期为同类综合考试提供借鉴,为培养高质量中医药人才提供保障。The reform of long-term Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)education programmes is a crucial component of deepening the collaboration between medical education and healthcare.Strengthening phased comprehensive examinations is key to ensuring the quality of talent cultivation.The foundational course phase in long-term TCM education is the cornerstone of a medical student′s career,and comprehensive exams serve as a phased evaluation of learning outcomes,promoting learning through assessment.Currently,there is limited research on the reform of comprehensive examinations in this stage of TCM long-term education programs.Drawing on prior educational experience,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,guided by constructivist learning theory,developed an examination scheme centered on“integrated questions”and optimized aspects such as exam design and evaluation methods.Practice has shown that students generally perceive the new examination scheme as significantly higher in complexity,innovation,and challenge,with greater acceptance and a positive impact on their future learning.It also prompts teachers to reflect on course teaching reforms.This exploration aims to provide a reference for similar comprehensive exams and to ensure the cultivation of high-quality TCM talent.
