重组人表皮生长因子滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠治疗白内障术后干眼症的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究重组人表皮生长因子滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠治疗白内障术后干眼症的效果。方法队列研究。抽取2022年1月至2022年12月在西安市人民医院接受白内障术后干眼症患者160例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组80例。对照组采用玻璃酸钠治疗,观察组采用重组人表皮生长因子滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率(96.25%,77/80)高于对照组(85.00%,68/80),P<0.05;治疗后,观察组泪膜破裂时间、泪液分泌试验高于对照组,角膜荧光素染色评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组畏光、酸胀感、异物感评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论白内障术后干眼症在药物治疗上,玻璃酸钠联合重组人表皮生长因子联合干预成效明显,患者干眼症状改善,畏光、酸胀感等不适症状减轻。ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor eye drops combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of dry eye syndromes after cataract surgery.MethodsA total of 160 patients with postoperative dry eye syndromes who underwent cataract surgery in Xi’an People’s Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected for a cohort study.And they were divided into the control group and the observation group using a random number table method,with 80 cases in each group.The control group received sodium hyaluronate treatment,while the observation group received recombinant human epidermal growth factor eye drops combined with sodium hyaluronate treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe effective rate of treatment in the observation group(96.25%,77/80)was higher than that in the control group(85.00%,68/80),P<0.05.After treatment,the tear break-up time and Schirmer test in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the fluorescent score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had lower scores for photophobia,soreness,and foreign body sensation compared with the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionsIn the treatment of dry eye syndromes after cataract surgery,the combined intervention of sodium hyaluronate and recombinant human epidermal growth factor has a significant effect;it can alleviate dry eye symptoms,photophobia and acid swelling.
