基于患者主诉为导向的牙体组织疾病快速诊断及处理

摘　　要：发生于牙体组织的疾病颇为常见,按照疾病类型主要分为龋病、牙髓根尖周病、牙发育异常及遗传性疾病、牙外伤等。当患者罹患以上疾病时,通常的主诉包括牙痛,牙敏感,牙颜色、形态、数目及萌出异常等。文章以患者的主诉为导向,通过对患者主诉进行病史询问,根据询问结果进行临床及影像学检查,从而达到对患者疾病快速准确的处理。Diseases occurring in dental tissues are very common,which are mainly classified into caries,pulp and periapical diseases,dental developmental abnormalities and genetic diseases,and dental trauma according to the types of diseases.When patients suffer from the above diseases,their usual complaints are toothache,tooth sensitivity and abnormal tooth color,shape,number and eruption.Guided by the chief complaints of patients,this article conducts medical history inquiry through the chief complaints of patients,and then performs clinical and imaging examinations based on the inquiry results,so as to achieve rapid and accurate management of patients′diseases.
