摘　　要：“药物化学”是药学类专业的必修课,是药学领域的基础学科,学好“药物化学”课程至关重要。因此,改变传统的教学模式,培养学生的创新思维,对“四味一体”的课程内容整合与优化、从多元化“以学生为中心”、尝试精准教学和融入思政元素方面对“药物化学”课程教学进行改革,以期提高学生学习能动性、提高学生综合素质、提升教师的教学效果,弥补传统教学的不足,培养学生的创新思维,为培养和造就创新型人才奠定基础。Medicinal Chemistry is a compulsory course for students majoring in pharmacy and a fundamental discipline in the field of pharmacy.It is crucial to master the course well.Therefore,we need to change the traditional teaching mode,cultivate students’innovative thinking,integrate and optimize the“four in one”content of the course,explore and research the teaching of Medicinal Chemistry from the perspectives of diversified“studentcentered”,precise teaching,and integration of ideological and political elements.This will help to enhance students’learning enthusiasm and initiative,cultivate students’comprehensive abilities,improve teaching effectiveness,make up for the shortcomings of traditional teaching,cultivate students’innovative thinking,and lay the foundation for cultivating innovative talents.
