摘　　要：产教融合培养适应产业发展的应用型人才,对于新形势下全面提高应用型高校教育教学质量,服务地方经济社会发展具有重要意义。以湖南文理学院为例,针对产教融合在地方应用型高校人才培养中存在的问题,从人才培养体系的构建、“双师型”教师的打造、体制机制的建立完善等三大方面,对地方应用型高校产教融合人才培养模式进行了探索研究,旨在为地方高校培养适应产业发展的应用型人才提供参考。The integration of industry and education to train application talents suitable for industrial development is of great significance for improving the education and teaching quality of local applied universities under the new situation,and serving local economic and social development.This paper takes Hunan University of Arts and Sciences as an example,aiming at the problems existing in the talent cultivation of local applied universities,explores and studies the talent cultivation mode of local applied universities with the integration of production and education from three aspects:the construction of talent cultivation system,the creation of“doubleskilled”teachers,and the establishment and improvement of the system mechanism.The aim is to provide reference for training applied talents to adapt to industrial development.
