摘 要:青年教师是高校教学的主力军,高校持续、深入、系统地培养和提升其教学能力,对提高教学质量具有深远意义。在厘清青年教师培养现状的基础上,深入分析了教学研究主动性、教研活动支持度、研究课题层级性、导师带教责任心、教学反思经常性等存在的问题,并从教学培训精准发力、导师制言传身教、教学研究狠抓创新、评教反馈从善如流等维度,总结提炼了高校青年教师教学能力培养的对策思考,以期为高校青年教师教学能力持续提升提供有益借鉴。Young teachers are the main force of higher education teaching,and continuous,in-depth,and systematic cultivation and improvement of their teaching abilities in universities have profound significance in improving teaching quality.On the basis of clarifying the current situation of cultivating young teachers,this article deeply analyzes the problems of teaching research initiative,support for teaching and research activities,hierarchy of research topics,sense of responsibility of mentors in teaching,and frequent teaching reflection.From the dimensions of teaching training,mentorship,teaching research,and feedback evaluation,it summarizes and extracts countermeasures for cultivating the teaching ability of young teachers in universities,to provide useful references for the continuous improvement of teaching abilities of young teachers in universities.
