摘　　要：在新发展理念和乡村振兴战略提出的大背景下,涉农高校肩负着推进农业人才供给侧结构性改革、探索新农科教育的重大使命。农学学科具有较强的实践性、应用性,最终须转化为服务乡村振兴的生产力。深化产教融合,促进教育链、人才链、产业链、创新链的要素融合是农业高校人才培养的必然选择。分析了农学专业产教融合现状,并从人才培养方案、理论教学及专业实践角度出发,探索农学专业产教融合协同育人路径,为涉农高校培养产教融合人才,实现乡村振兴、强农兴农提供参考。Under the background of the new development concept and the rural revitalization strategy,the agriculture-related universities shoulder the important mission of promoting the structural reform of the supply side of agricultural talents and exploring the new agricultural science education.The discipline of agriculture has strong practicality and application,and ultimately needs to be transformed into real productive forces serving rural revitalization.Deepening the integration of industry and education and promoting the integration of the elements of education chain,talent chain,industrial chain and innovation chain are the inevitable choice of agricultural talent training in colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the current situation of the integration of industry and education in agriculture,and explores the path of the integration of industry and education in agriculture from the perspective of talent training program,theoretical teaching of industry and education and professional practice,so as to provide reference for agriculture-related universities to train talents for the integration of industry and education,realize rural revitalization and strengthen agriculture and develop agriculture.
