摘　　要：新商科背景下人才培养模式的探讨和课程思政教学模式的建设为“管理会计学”教学带来了新的挑战。在课堂教学中,以建构主义理论为基础,在学习目标设置、教学内容选择与呈现、教学活动开展以及教学评价设置等环节,将思政元素与会计教学设计的各个环节深度融合,通过教学思路与教学方法的设计达到使学生提升管理会计职业能力、树立远大理想抱负、确立科学的价值观念、增强自身的综合素养的目标,通过课堂过程监控和教学结果来对教学效果进行评价。Under the background of new business,the discussion of talent training mode and the construction of curriculum ideology and politics teaching mode have put forward new challenges for the teaching of“Management Accounting”.In classroom teaching,based on constructivism theory,ideological and political elements are deeply integrated with all aspects of accounting teaching design in learning goal setting,teaching content selection and presentation,teaching activity development and teaching evaluation setting,etc.Through the design of teaching ideas and teaching methods,students can improve their professional ability of management accounting,establish lofty ideals and aspirations,establish scientific values,and enhance their comprehensive literacy.The effect is evaluated through classroom process monitoring and teaching results.
