航空交通运输专业硕士研究生培养体系构建研究——以中国民航大学为例

摘　　要：探讨了航空交通运输专业硕士研究生培养体系构建,特别关注校企协同模式应用。通过研究国内外专业型硕士研究生培养现状,分析了国内专业型硕士研究生培养中存在的问题。以中国民航大学为例,构建了涵盖人才培养模式、课程优化设置、师资队伍建设、教学质量监控的新型人才培养体系。专业能力培养依托核心课程打造、实训实践开展、导师队伍建设、研究项目参与等方面实现。通过师生座谈会、毕业生调查、课程成绩、学位论文质量等多维度评估学生培养目标达成度。初步评估显示整体满意率高,但校外实习和校企联合指导学位论文有改进空间。未来需要深入研究和改进,以满足航空行业高层次人才需求,促进行业现代化。This study explores the construction of a master’s degree education system for aviation transportation professionals,with a special focus on the application of the school-enterprise cooperation model.By examining the current status of professional master’s degree education both domestically and abroad,the study analyzes the existing issues in China’s professional master’s degree education.Taking the School of Air Traffic Management as an example,a talent cultivation system has been developed,which includes a new talent cultivation model,optimized curriculum,faculty team construction,and teaching quality monitoring.The development of professional skills relies on core courses,practical opportunities,faculty guidance,and research prospects.The multi-dimensional student assessment and feedback mechanism include seminars,surveys,course performance,and thesis quality.Preliminary evaluations show overall high satisfaction rates,but there is room for improvement in off-campus internships and joint school-enterprise guidance for thesis work.Future work calls for in-depth research and improvements to meet the demand for high-level talents in the aviation industry and promote its modernization.
