摘  要:专业思想教育关乎农科类大学生专业思想稳固和未来的职业发展,是保证教学水平、提高人才培养质量的首要任务。只有专业思想稳定,学生才会有学习专业知识的自觉性和主动性,才会有扎实的专业素养和较强的综合素质。以甘肃农业大学植物保护专业为例,基于校企合作模式下,探讨新形势下强化对农科类大学生专业思想教育和就业能力提升的有效途径和措施,为农科类高校大学生专业思想教育和提升学生的就业能力提供新的参考模式。The professional and ideological education is highly related to the stability of professional ideology and future-career development of agricultural college students.This is the primary task to ensure the teaching level and improve the quality of talent training.Only when the professional ideology is stable,students will have the consciousness and initiative to learn professional knowledge,and will have solid professional quality and strong comprehensive quality.Taking the plant protection specialty of Gansu Agricultural University as an example,this paper discusses the effective ways and measures to strengthen the professional and ideological education and employment ability of agricultural college students under the new situation,based on the school-enterprise cooperation model.It provides a new reference model for the professional and ideological education of agricultural college students and the promotion of their employment ability.
