摘  要:鼓励式教育是采取激励、鼓励等措施,充分调动学习者的学习兴趣和热情,从而促使学习者用积极主动的态度去学习需要掌握的知识和技能,是促进素质教育的一种先进的教育方法。主要从鼓励式教学的概念、意义,鼓励式教育的心理学认知,以及结合医学院校的学生特点探讨鼓励式教育的重要性,并从加强医学院教师教育理论培训、建立民主平等的师生关系等方面阐述了鼓励式教育在医学类高校开展的具体实施。Encouraging education is a more advanced educational method to promote quality education,which takes measures such as encouragement to fully mobilize learners’interest and enthusiasm in learning,and encourage learners to learn the knowledge and skills with a proactive attitude.This paper mainly discusses the importance of encouraging education from the concept and significance of encouraging education,psychological cognition of encouraging education and combining with the characteristics of students in medical colleges,and expounds the concrete implementation of encouraging education in medical colleges and universities from the aspects of strengthening the educational theory training of medical teachers and establishing a democratic and equal relationship between teachers and students.
