涉农高校大学生“强农兴农”择业观教育探究

摘　　要：涉农高校大学生“强农兴农”择业观的教育对于促进大学生情感归属、缓解就业压力和助力乡村全面振兴具有重要的意义,主要包括知农、爱农、强农、兴农四个方面的内容。通过对涉农高校大学生择业观教育现状的调查,归纳大学生择业观教育存在的问题,建议从加强就业政策宣传、优化专业和课程设置、转变家庭传统择业观念、树立清晰的择业目标等方面着手加强教育和指导,探索择业观教育的有效路径,以期推动涉农高校大学生树立服务乡村、奉献祖国的择业观,为实现农业农村现代化和乡村全面振兴注入新动力。Career choice education focused on strengthening and revitalizing agriculture for students in agriculture-related universities holds great significance in fostering students'emotional attachment to agriculture,alleviating employment pressure,and contributing to the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.It primarily encompasses four aspects:understanding agriculture,loving agriculture,strengthening agriculture,and revitalizing agriculture.By investigating the current status of career choice education for students in agriculture-related universities,this study summarizes the existing issues in such education and proposes specific suggestions for various stakeholders,including society,universities,families,and individuals.The aim is to encourage students in agriculture-related universities to adopt a career choice perception that prioritizes serving rural areas and contributing to the country,thereby injecting new impetus into the realization of agricultural and rural modernization and the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.
