摘　　要：卵巢恶性肿瘤已经进入“手术+化疗+维持治疗”的全程管理模式。由于卵巢恶性肿瘤的高复发率和病死率,规范化随访对于及早发现疾病进展和及时调整治疗策略至关重要。文章详细探讨了卵巢恶性肿瘤患者的随访管理原则,包括随访频率、随访内容、“生化复发”的处理等。此外,更强调了患者依从性培训在卵巢癌患者长期管理中的重要性。The treatment for ovarian malignant tumors has entered a whole-process management mode of"surgery+chemotherapy+maintenance therapy".Given the high recurrence rate and fatality rate of ovarian malignant tumors,standardized follow-up is of vital significance for the early detection of disease progression and timely adjustment of treatment strategies.This paper elaborates on the principles of followup management for patients with ovarian malignant tumors,encompassing follow-up frequency,follow-up contents,and the handling of"biochemical recurrence",among others.Additionally,it places greater emphasis on the importance of patient compliance training in the long-term management of ovarian cancer patients.
