摘 要:近年来,随着我国道路建设水平的高速发展,对沥青路面使用寿命和抗病害能力提升的要求愈加严苛,当前,传统沥青路面已不能满足使用需求,因此亟需一种性能可调范围广的新型聚合物沥青改性剂来解决所面临的问题。热塑性聚氨酯(Thermoplastic polyurethane,TPU)于1959年问世,至今已成为一种被广泛应用于多种领域的新型高分子材料。TPU在道路工程领域一般用作沥青改性剂,方便灵活的加工性和全面且优异的力学性能使其从众多聚合物沥青改性剂中脱颖而出,成为聚合物沥青改性剂领域的研究热点。本文综述了近年来国内外TPU改性沥青的主要研究进展。首先介绍了TPU的化学结构与特性,阐明了其作为沥青改性剂的可行性和优势,介绍了TPU改性沥青的制备工艺和改性机理;其次系统梳理了TPU改性沥青包括改性剂相容性、宏观路用性能、微观表征方法和流变特性在内的评价方法,并介绍了TPU改性沥青的疲劳自愈合特性;随后,介绍了TPU改性沥青混合料的路用性能和其胶浆与集料界面过渡区黏结机理的研究方法;最后提出了目前TPU改性沥青所面临的问题,同时展望了TPU改性沥青的发展趋势。研究现状表明,TPU作为沥青改性剂具有广阔的研究发展前景,但当前TPU改性沥青尚缺乏一套完备的评价系统。同时如何提升TPU作为沥青改性剂的经济效益也是当前面临的主要问题之一,为解决此问题,包括生物油基聚氨酯、再生聚氨酯和复合改性在内的环保高效的TPU改性技术成为未来重点的研究方向。In recent years,with the rapid development of my country's road construction level,the requirements for improving the service life and disease resistance of asphalt pavements have become increasingly stringent.Currently,traditional asphalt pavements can no longer meet today's use needs,so there is an urgent need for a type of performance-resilient asphalt pavement.A wide range of new polymeric asphalt modifiers can be used to solve the problems faced.Thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU)has become a new polymer material widely used in many fields since its advent in 1959.TPU is generally used as an asphalt modifier in road engineering.Its convenient and flexible processability and comprehensive and superior mechanical properties make it stand out from many polymer asphalt modifiers and it has become a research hotspot in the field.This article reviews the main research progress of TPU modified asphalt at home and abroad in recent years.Firstly,the chemical structure and characteristics of TPU were introduced,its feasibility and advantages as an asphalt modifier were clarified,and the preparation process and modification mechanism of TPU modified asphalt were introduced.Secondly,the evaluation methods of TPU modified asphalt including modifier compatibility,macro road performance,micro characterization methods,and rheological properties were systematically sorted out,and the fatigue self-healing properties of TPU modified asphalt were introduced.Subsequently,the road performance of TPU modified asphalt mixtures was introduced,and research methods on the bonding mechanism of the transition zone between the TPU modified asphalt mortar and the aggregate interface.Finally,the current problems faced by TPU modified asphalt are put forward,and the development trend of TPU modified asphalt is prospected.The current research status shows that TPU has broad research and development prospects as an asphalt modifier.However,there is still a lack of a complete evaluation system for TPU modified asphalt.At the same time,how to impro
