京津医家高子芬方笺史料钩沉

摘　　要：以京津医家高子芬三张不同时期的处方笺作为一手史料,探析晚清至民国时期高子芬的行医历程及相关社会历史背景,详细梳理晚清时期京津地区的官医制度与医学研究会、北洋政府时期的医师考核制度、民国时期的中医函授教学等史实。研究发现,高子芬于历史中并无记载,挖掘其遗留的方笺可知,高子芬为晚清京城南区官医,后加入医学研究会学习并开展临床教学工作;北洋政府时期,高子芬参加警察厅头期医士资格考核且顺利通过;于民国中期从北京赴天津函授学校执教行医。本文以医家高子芬方笺为例,展示方笺的重要史料价值,以供相关研究参考。This study uses three prescriptions from different periods written by the Beijing-Tianjin physician GAO Zifen as primary historical materials to explore his medical journey and the related social and historical background from the late Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China.It also details historical facts such as the official medical system and medical research societies in the Beijing-Tianjin region during the late Qing Dynasty,the physician evaluation system under the Beiyang government,and the correspondence-based teaching of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)during the Republic of China.The study finds that GAO Zifen is not recorded in history,but by examining his surviving prescriptions,it is evident that he was an official doctor in the Southern District of Beijing during the late Qing Dynasty.He later joined the Medical Research Institute to study and engage in clinical teaching.During the Beiyang government,GAO Zifen participated in the Police Department's first medical doctor qualification examination and passed successfully.In the mid-Republic of China,he moved from Beijing to Tianjin to teach at the Correspondence School.Using GAO Zifen's prescriptions as an example,this paper demonstrates the significant historical value of these documents for reference in related research.
