摘  要:随着经济社会的发展,水源地水生态系统健康状况越来越受到重视。以合肥市重要饮用水水源地——董铺水库和大房郢水库为例,于2016年7月、9月和2017年5月、8月、10月对16个点位(董铺水库9个,大房郢水库7个)开展了调查监测工作,采集了水质、水生生物和沉积物三大类指标数据。选取其中17项候选参数来构建评价指标体系,采用主成分分析和相关分析对候选参数进行筛选,并使用熵值法确定各评价指标的权重,构建了合肥市饮用水水源地水生态系统健康评价体系,对其中董铺水库和大房郢水库的健康状况进行了评价。结果表明:董铺水库和大房郢水库水生态系统整体均处于亚健康状态。单项指标评价显示,董铺水库和大房郢水库水质状况优良,均处于“健康—亚健康”状态;董铺水库与大房郢水库的富营养状况尚可,其中董铺水库均处于“亚健康”状态,大房郢水库处于“亚健康—一般”状态;董铺水库和大房郢水库水质指标和富营养指标空间分布大体上呈现北高南低、西高东低的趋势;董铺水库和大房郢水库生物多样性状况尚可,处于“健康—一般”状态;董铺水库与大房郢水库的沉积物状况较差,从沉积物健康状况空间差异性来看,董铺水库与大房郢水库南部水域的沉积物状况与其他水域相比较差,需重点关注两水库沉积物中镉与汞的污染。With the continuous development of the economy and society,the health status of the water ecosystem of water sources has drawn an increasing attention.Taking Dongpu Reservoir and Dafangying Reservoir,the important drinking water sources in Hefei City,as examples,investigation and monitoring work were carried out at 16 sites(9 in Dongpu Reservoir and 7 in Dafangying Reservoir)in July and September 2016,and in May,August and October 2017.Data on three major categories of indicators,namely water quality,aquatic organisms and sediments were collected.Seventeen candidate parameters were selected to construct an evaluation index system.Principal component analysis and correlation analysis were employed to screen the candidate parameters,and the entropy method was adopted to determine the weights of each evaluation index.Subsequently,a health evaluation system for the water ecosystem of drinking water sources in Hefei City was established,and the health status of Dongpu Reservoir and Dafangying Reservoir were evaluated.The results indicated that the overall water ecosystems of Dongpu Reservoir and Dafangying Reservoir were both in a sub-healthy state.The evaluation of individual indicators revealed that the water quality of Dongpu Reservoir and Dafangying Reservoir was excellent,both in a healthy to sub-healthy state.The eutrophication status of Dongpu Reservoir and Dafangying Reservoir is acceptable,with Dongpu Reservoir in a sub-healthy state and Dafangying Reservoir in a sub-healthy to general state.The spatial distribution of water quality indicators and eutrophication indicators in Dongpu Reservoir and Dafangying Reservoir generally presented a trend of being higher in the north and lower in the south,as well as higher in the west and lower in the east.The biodiversity status of Dongpu Reservoir and Dafangying Reservoir was acceptable in a healthy to general state.The sediment status of Dongpu Reservoir and Dafangying Reservoir was relatively poor.From the perspective of the spatial differences in sediment health s
