高职院校资产管理系统与人事管理系统对接实务研究

摘　　要：为了适应高职院校内机构调整和人员岗位变动,高职院校资产管理系统中的使用人或者管理人应与人事管理系统同步调整。本文详细介绍如何通过做好高职院校资产管理系统与人事管理系统对接前需要做的相关准备工作和系统对接后的维护,以及对职工业务水平和相关管理知识培训及持续改进,以此提升高职院校资产管理水平。In order to adapt to the adjustment of the institutions and the posts of the employees,the asset management system and the personnel management system should be connected automatically.How to make the two systems connect automatically in high vocational colleges and the relative preparations and the post maintenance after the connection are put forward in the article.The relative training for the working to the workers’business level should be continued,so that the level management of assets in high vocational colleges should be improved.
