岭南文化名人事迹为青年人格修养提供启示的调查研究——以伦文叙为例

摘　　要：伦文叙是形象化、人格化的岭南文化,是广东青年大学生进行人格修养的极佳学习榜样。但据初步调查显示,当代青年对伦文叙生平事迹所知甚少,更不了解其人格特征中的闪光点。首先,项目组通过田野调查、文本整理等方式充分了解伦文叙人格特征及其生活表现;其次,通过活动观测与结构性访谈,调查了两组受访者在短期、长期接触伦文叙事迹后的观念转变和人格成长。结果显示,伦文叙事迹及其人格特征对青年大学生的启示是多方面的,大学生最感兴趣的是伦文叙自强不息、重情重义、取财有道、诚实守信、孝敬父母等人格特征。一次性访谈组与长期追踪访谈组的调查结果略有差别,反映的是随着阅历的丰富、思考的深入,受访者的观念会略有不同。Lun Wenxu is a visualized and personalized Lingnan culture.It is an excellent example for young college students in Guangdong to cultivate their personality.But the preliminary investigation shows that the contemporary youth know little about Lun Wenxu's life story,let alone the shining points in his personality characteristics.The project team fully understood Lun Wenxu's personality characteristics and life performance through fieldwork and text arrangement;Then,through activity observation and structural interview,we investigated the concept change and personality growth of the two groups of respondents after short-term and long-term exposure to Lun Wenxu.The results show that the enlightenment of Lun Wenxu's deeds and personality characteristics to young college students is in many aspects.What they are most interested in is Lun Wenxu's personality characteristics,such as self-improvement,love and justice,money and morality,honesty and trustworthiness,filial piety to parents and so on.The survey results of the one-time interview group and the long-term follow-up interview group are slightly different,reflecting that with the rich experience and in-depth thinking,the respondents'ideas will be slightly different.
