去芜求精视角下《希波克拉底誓言》在医院院训中的融合与发展

摘　　要：医院院训是“文化塑院”的重要环节,医院之所以能够成为老百姓心中的好医院,与其所坚持的理念体系有着极为密切的联系,而《希波克拉底誓言》作为医学生入学必学的内容之一,两者之间可谓颇有渊源。该文以复旦大学医院管理研究所发布的《2021年度全国医院综合排行榜》前20家医院院训为例,经过对其院训中的字词进行剖析,并与《希波克拉底誓言》主要内容的4个方面进行对比分析,该文认为虽然《希波克拉底誓言》对后世有着深远影响,但由于时间、国情、文化差异等诸多原因,应本着“去芜求精”的原则学习借鉴,以期形成中国特色社会主义的医德观,从而更好地为医院文化建设提供一些思路。Hospital training is an important part of"cultural shaping of hospitals".The reason why hospitals can become good hospitals in the hearts of the people is closely related to the ideological system they adhere to.As one of the essential contents for medical students to learn,The Hippocratic Oath can be said to have a deep connection between the two.This article takes the top 20 hospital mottos in the 2021 National Hospital Comprehensive Ranking released by the Institute of Hospital Management at Fudan University as an example.After analyzing the words and phrases in their mottos and comparing them with the four main contents of The Hippocratic Oath,the article believes that although The Hippocratic Oath has a profound impact on future generations,due to various reasons such as time,national conditions,and cultural differences,it should be learned and referenced in accordance with the principle of"striving for excellence",in order to form a medical ethics view with Chinese characteristics and provide some ideas for hospital culture construction.
