摘　　要：目的探讨奥氮平联合哌罗匹隆治疗慢性精神分裂症的效果及对阴性症状、认知功能的影响,为临床治疗提供参考。方法选取2022年2月至2023年6月南通市第四人民医院收治的60例男性慢性精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组30例。研究组予奥氮平联合盐酸哌罗匹隆,对照组仅予奥氮平治疗,均治疗8周,分别在基线期、第4周末、第8周末评定阴性症状量表(SANS)、重复性神经心理状态测验(RBANS)、社会功能缺陷筛查量表(SDSS)评分。采用副反应量表(TESS)评估药物不良反应。结果第8周,研究组SANS因子分及总分低于对照组,即刻记忆、延时记忆及RBANS总分高于对照组,SDSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论奥氮平联合哌罗匹隆可改善慢性精神分裂症患者阴性症状、认知及社会功能,且安全性较好。Objective To explore the effect of Olanzapine combined with Perospirone on chronic schizophrenia and its influence on negative symptoms and cognitive function,and to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods A total of 60 patients with male chronic schizophrenia admitted to Nantong Fourth People's Hospital from February 2022 to June 2023 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The study group was treated with Olanzapine combined with Perospirone Hydrochloride,and the control group was treated with Olanzapine only for 8 weeks,and scores were assessed on the scale for assessment of negative symptoms(SANS),repeatable battery for the assessment of neuro-psychological status(RBANS)and social disability screening schedule(SDSS)at baseline,end of 4 and 8 weeks,respectively.Treatment emergent eymptom scale(TESS)was used to evaluate adverse drug reactions.Results At week 8,the SANS divisor scores and total scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,while the total scores of immediate memory,delayed memory and RBANS were higher than those of the control group,and the SDSS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Olanzapine combined with Perospirone can improve negative symptoms,cognitive and social function in patients with chronic schizophrenia with good safety.
